DIRECTIONS – From West, take SR 2 into downtown LaPorte; go two blocks east of courthouse and turn right onto Monroe/SR 4 and go 1.2 miles to auction site on left. From East, take SR 2 from South Bend to LaPorte; go to Boyd Boulevard just past Wal-Mart; turn left onto Boyd Boulevard and go approximately 1.2 miles to Monroe/SR 4; turn right onto Monroe and go .75 miles to auction on right. From South, take US 35 north toward LaPorte; at the first light before entering the city, turn right onto Boyd Boulevard and go north approximately 1 mile to Monroe/SR 4; turn left and go .75 miles to auction site on right.

Crawler/Loader – John Deere 555G Series IV crawler/loader with approximately 250 hours.

Trucks – 1989 Ford F350 stake bed truck w/ manual transmission (34,336 miles on odometer); 1980 GMC V-6 7000 dump truck (64,110 miles on odometer); 1982 International S1900 diesel dump truck Model 1954 (224K miles); older small grain truck w/ hoist box; 1992 GMC roll-off truck w/ 365k miles; Ford semi tractor w/ 497k miles; 1986 GMC 7000 dump truck w/ lift and dump works good (52,877 miles actual -- has 6 digit odometer);

Tractor – Ford 8N w/ all new rubber – good restoration tractor as the body of the tractor needs quite a bit of work.

Kar Kaddy – 2-wheeled car dolley in very nice condition

Tree-Moving Truck –Chevrolet C65 truck (36,527 miles on odometer) with Vermeer T544M tree mover

Forklift – Hyster 194A forklift (needs repair) – may not be at auction.

Car – Cadillac Biarritz coupe w/ 50,300 miles on odometer (pretty nice looking car w/ only 2 very small areas of rust noted)

Riding Lawn Mower – Cub Cadet 1811 hydrostatic drive w/ 42” mower deck. Unfortunately, this item has been retained by the estate.

Compressors & Welders -- (2) Ingersoll Rand mobile compressors (both run although one needs new ignition switch); SA-200 F163 Lincoln Arc Welder; other welders

Dewatering Pumps -- (2) John Deere mobile dewatering pumps (sold as one lot) A276DF81;

Shop Sweeper -- Power Boss sweeper Model SW/80-HD s/n 1413028 -- works

Other Items -- fueld tanks; Hobart Rod Runner w/ cables; 6 pneumatic impact drivers; Simplex #29 15-ton capacity rail jacks; tar kettle; parts washer Dewalt 220v radial arm saw; large metal lathe; and other items.
