auction is being held for J&R Supply Co., Inc. owned by Rich and Joan Martin
who have retired and moved to a warmer climate. The Martin’s operated this heavy truck
repair & supply company for over 30 years and have a large inventory that
will be liquidated at this auction.
This will be a large auction with two rings running throughout the
day.
REAL ESTATE DESCRIPTION: Real
estate includes several lots that will be sold individually. Lot One is actually three lots and
includes a 60’ x 60’ building with double overhead doors, office area, upstairs
work area and parts storage. The
building has single- and three-phase available. The entire lot has chain-linked
fencing. Lot Two has one
out-building that is in disrepair.
It also is fenced. Lot Three
has a cell tower which is currently lease by two companies and generates
approximately $8,000 per year in income.
