ABOUT THIS AUCTION

This auction is being conducted as a bulk auction meaning the entire package of gem stones will be sold for one money. The minimum opening bid for this auction is $10,000.00 and will sell to a bidder for that amount or above.

All the inventory for this bulk auction can be viewed at our facility on

Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

SEALED BID PROCESS

1. Obtain a Sealed Bid Form here.

2. Complete the form in its entirety.

3. Obtain a $1,000 company or cashier’s check made payable to Engstrom Auctions.

4. Submit bid by no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, February 18, 2011. NOTE: The check identified above must accompany the sealed bid or the bid will not be accepted.

5. All bids will be reviewed and the high bidder will be notified immediately.

6. All non-winning bidders will be notified of the final selling price and will have their checks returned to them.

RELEASE OF THE GEMS

Final payment for the package must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2011. The balance of payment due must be paid in full with a cashier’s check or cash before the gems will be released to the winning bidder. Any other date for pick-up must be approved by the Auction Company prior to bid submission.
