Pursuant to Circuit Court Lake County Indiana Cause #’s 45C01-0707-PL-00224, 00225, a sealed bid auction for specific assets of Belush Jewelers will be conducted.

Specifics Assets Offered through this auction:

1. All rights to the name: Belush Jewelers.

2. Phone number: 219-663-5108 (Which includes all Yellow Pages and other contracted advertising, and all liabilities with respect to these contracts).

3. Mailing list: In excess of 4,000 names & addresses (will be provided in electronic media).

4. Website: www.belushjewelersltd.com.

5. Logo: Rights to the Belush Jewelers logo whether registered or not.

ONLY these assets are offered in this auction.

To place a sealed bid, follow these steps:
